Bath Bomb Key LLC currently ships direct website orders throughout all 50 U.S. states.

ORDER PROCESSING

We work to process and ship orders as promptly as possible. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Any estimated processing or shipping timeframe shown at checkout, in an order confirmation, or elsewhere on our website is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
If we are unable to ship an order within an applicable promised or legally required timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.
Orders are not processed or shipped on days when our fulfillment operations or applicable carriers are closed.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are calculated or displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping rates may vary based on factors such as:

Package weight and dimensions
Carrier
Shipping service selected
Current carrier rates

The shipping amount shown and accepted at checkout is the shipping charge applicable to your order. Shipping charges may not equal the postage amount ultimately charged to Bath Bomb Key by a carrier or shipping platform.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Carrier delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless the applicable carrier expressly provides a guaranteed service.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside Bath Bomb Key’s reasonable control, including:

Transportation disruptions

We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

TRACKING

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you discover an address error, contact us as soon as possible at help@bathbombkey.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.
Bath Bomb Key is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, except as required by applicable law.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply if you request reshipment.

LOST, MISSING, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If tracking indicates that a package has not arrived, has been lost in transit, or arrives with shipping-related damage, contact us at help@bathbombkey.com so we can review the situation.
We may ask you to provide:

Photographs of damaged packaging or products
Tracking information

RISK OF LOSS

SHIPPING CHARGES AND RETURNS

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

We may split an order into multiple shipments when reasonably necessary.
If we do so, you will not be charged additional shipping solely because we chose to divide the order into multiple packages unless you separately request an additional shipment or service.

PREORDERS OR BACKORDERS

If we offer products for preorder or backorder, any estimated availability or shipping timeframe will be identified with the applicable product or order.
Such estimates may change. If a material delay occurs, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

AMAZON, ETSY, AND OTHER THIRD-PARTY ORDERS

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed directly through the Bath Bomb Key website.
Orders placed through Amazon, Etsy, retailers, or other third-party marketplaces may be fulfilled and shipped under the shipping terms, carrier arrangements, delivery estimates, and policies applicable to that platform or seller channel.
Amazon Fulfillment by Amazon orders are fulfilled and shipped through Amazon’s fulfillment network and are subject to applicable Amazon shipping policies.
